I had a horrible experience and I know I’m not the only one, I was there 6 hours for a single oil change this is the second time this has happen. Even though your workers say 2-3 hrs 6 hrs I was there. With no updates finally I walk up to the stand to ask for an update they then told me . Oops our bad we should have grab you earlier I was furious . There is a fat guy with a beard the worst worker I have ever dealt with he scream I don’t care about this job .

I had a 915 appointment for 90k service. I was told it would be 3hours so I decided to walk home since it wouldn’t be done until approximately 1215. Never received a text like in the past when the service was completed. I called and left a message at 230 and received no response. So I walk back 310 because I have to pick up my daughter at 330. I would have not taken my vehicle for service if I knew it was going to cut it close to 330. Luis did try to rectify the situation by offering me a rental but it was already 325 and the drive to Enterprise and the process would take me well past 330. So he offered a round trip uber ride which I accepted. He said my vehicle would be done by the time I get back. I needed my travel booster seat to pick up my daughter. When I went to retrieve it with another employee, my vehicle was in the east end of the parking lot and not inside the working bays. So from what I seen I don’t think my car had not even been serviced yet. So in the process of waiting for the uber the first is stuck in traffic and then cancels the ride! The second one took me to pick up my daughter at 350. When I get there the driver says thank you and says it’s not booked round trip. So after being late to pick her up and missing basketball practice. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the uber to take me back to Toyota. When I get back with my daughter. Luis had left for the day and my car was not finished as I was told. I didn’t leave until 530. He did discount some of the service. So in total it was 8hrs of being without my car. 2 times I was told something that wasn’t true. I would be fine with 8hrs of if I was told that up front and made accommodations to pick up my daughter. In summary, a customer shouldn’t be told service would be around 3 hours, then don’t return a message with an update. Don’t push my service appointment back because I decided on not waiting on site and lie to me and say everything was done they just need to do the inspection when the car wasn’t inside the bay.

Bautista did an excellent job receiving me with my vehicle, however when i arrived at pickup i was unaware the service department only would be closed already as i kindly approach a female employee she was very evident not being pleased giving me a big SIGH and rushing to get my info because i was there after hours although she was sitting there doing nothing clearly on the clock still. I told her all i needed were my keys or i can come back the following day if she preferred. Another employee caught on quick that she was being very rude and even shook his head. I guess its time to take my service somewhere else.
