Katarina was excellent, She went above and beyond to get information for me. What I am disappointed in is that I was sold an extended two year Toyota care contract and I had no idea until today that I was not covered by Toyota care because my vehicle came from Canada. That was ashe went above and beyond to get information for me. What I am disappointed in is that I was sold a extended two year Toyota care contract and I had no idea until today that I was not covered by Toyota care because my vehicle came from Canada. That was a big mistake made when the vehicle was sold to me now I need to deal with being refunded almost $3000 for the extended two year Toyota care contract. Better training for your finance people would be good. I am very disappointed.

I had a 9:30 am appointment. I drove two hours to get there on time and get checked in. I was told it would be 3 1/2 hours for them to put my tunnel cover on my truck. After six hours, I finally got my vehicle back under a lot of stress. When my husband went back to see what was taking so long, the guys in service were playing with remote control cars, sitting around playing with each other hair, and laughing and playing like little kids. Management for the store were phenomenal and trying to help me out, but with a service department like that, the store will never do well.

On October 5, I dropped off my car at 11 AM, and the process was simple and smooth. I hopped on a shuttle to a nearby location, and the ride was quick and pleasant, with a very friendly driver. However, when my car was ready for pickup, I had difficulty reaching a representative. I was only able to leave a voicemail, and I wasn’t sure if the person handling my car received my messages. I left several messages and waited for 15-20 minutes before someone finally texted me back, confirming that the shuttle was dispatched. When I arrived, there was no representative at the service desk to assist with my car. After a while, one of the representatives helped me with the checkout, but when she mentioned my car was parked on the side, it turned out to be very far, in the southern area, which was time-consuming to locate. The car pickup process felt disorganized and could definitely use improvement, especially regarding communication and how cars are parked for pickup. The overall service was lacking.

It took 2 hours to tell me that my front 2 tire sensors weren't working. My service agent had me waiting an hour for my keys. I asked Rosalina or a agent with an R(she was awesome) to help me check out after no response from my service agent. I don't mind the wait times, the communication was terrible. I checked in at 8:49am and left close to 1pm. Reasonable for a service not reasonable for an inspection.
