Letter from Toyota said work would take about 1 hour but it took 3-1/2 hours.

Richard didn’t follow through on my service suggesting 2-3 time frame . After asking if my service was done around 12:45 (car dropped off at 10:15) he said they were still working on it. Around 1:15 I found my keys on the completion board , AND my car outside waiting. I requested assistance and another service provider who checked me out. Richard sent a text 1 hour after I already had my car saying the work was completed and I could get my car !
Totally unsatisfied with Richard.

When I called to schedule my appointment, I listed 4 things I wanted done, an oil change, tire rotation, water intrusion check, and break check. When I arrived I stated the same 4 things. When I went to pick up my car, a tire rotation was not completed and it was too late to get it done that day. Additionally, I received a notification that my battery was low while my car was being serviced and when checking out, the paper verification of my battery check was not there. Staff weren’t able to verify specific info of the battery check however they said it was marked as good. This is leaving me uneasy and questioning why I received that notification if it wasn’t true or couldn’t be confidently proved that the battery looked good.

For young man Joshua - advisor- did a great job which included showing me photos of cabin air and also eng air filters. I think he is a real asset. I dealt with someone at Kearney mesa Toyota in past with husbands Prius; they acted like I was really bothering them. Not Joshua: he is pleasant and smart thorough. Pls remember him by words and $.
