Too slow services…took me 1 hour 40 minutes just for oil change… you guys asked me 3 times same question about tire lotation. I didn’t bring the nuts removing tool for my special wheel. Person who was taking care of my truck went to lunch break.. my truck was ready during her break… you guys should take an appointment that you can start working on the project. TOO SLOW

The vehicle was brought in for maintenance and the tire pressure indicator was on. The tire pressure light is still on because the techs went home. I also have to call multiple times now to speak to someone. The software page sent by text link is very confusing.
It seems the level of service has dropped since I first became a customer. Sadly

Came in this morning for a service and was under the impression that I would be getting my fluids topped off my oil changed tire rotation, and others checked. This is a brand new car and I intend On taking care of it. Before I left, I was given a piece of paper that had everything that was done to the vehicle. When I got back in my vehicle, it looked like it hadn’t been touched at all. The car is dirty so when I got home, I noticed that the washer fluid was low. The oil was dirty and my tires were not rotated. I gave John Bautista a call and spoke with him about this matter, and the only assurance that he could give me was, the car is brand new and does not need an oil change at 5000 miles. he tried to tell me about metal shavings in the engine, and the oil is better because it’s a newer vehicle. Which didn’t make any sense to me at all. He said he was sorry and would look into it.
I paid Norm Reeves a pretty penny, for this vehicle, and the least I would like is a free oil change every 5000 miles.
I have an oil change scheduled at a different Toyota, but will not return to Norm Reeves.
