I was told it would be 1:30min. For an oil change and tire rotation. After almost 2hrs i saw my truck was parked out front. When I finally found Simona I had to wait for her to get off the phone even though several advisors were available. Instead of saying something about being sorry it took so long, she told me “well I said we were busy”. First of all waaaaay to long for an oil change. Every time it is this way. I can get the same service at Jiffy lube for 20min. And when they notice my air filter is “in the red” they actually ask me if I want it replaced. Continued sub par service At Norm Reeves.

I am satisfied with the service oil change. My wife & I purchased two new vehicles from Toyota this year. What we’re upset about is each time we bring our new vehicle in for service it isn’t washed. This isn’t the Toyota experience anymore. We are in the market for a new 4x4 Truck & I told my wife I wanted a tundra truck but I am going to look at other brands that their dealership offers their customers the full service, car wash included!

1. When I checked in my car, I told Denise I waited in the waiting area. Denise should have come to see me at the waiting area to notify that my car was done. I was waiting at the waiting area for so long until I checked my phone and realized she sent me a text message. 2. The service she wrote on the service paper is incorrect. I requested to verify the receptacle of the back center seat belt if is missing and install a new one if needed. She wrote down to verify the back seat belts if they are working. When I checked out my car, she said my back seat belts are fine. The center seat belt receptacle was still missing. I could not talk to her as she left for lunch. I had to talk to the assistant manager to help. It turned out that the receptacle is under the back seat. He removed the seat and pulled the receptacle out then explained how to use this center seat belt.

Denise is Great! From start to finish very communicative,and also great customer service and efficient I can tell . But on the other end I felt like I got over charged with family discount included lol. I went in for a AC unit" inspection "I was hoping it was a simple AC recharge with adding free on but is now my Condenser and O rings good to know parts out of stock . I'm a loyal client/ customer I was charged $330.00 to the company Denise did say they charged system but it gotten worse anyways please review and revise and check what was the fee ? Seems for a diagnostic because you guys did not resolve issue or try to network and look else where . Thanks for your time

Didn't do any diagnosis except read the OBD2 codes (which I could have done), and said they needed to charge $1700 to calibrate a few sensors, but no guarantees that would help. Still tried to charge $190 diagnostic fee even though wasn't able to provide a diagnosis. I will be formally disputing this charge next week.

The only thing that was a little annoying was the shuttle wasn’t available. And when I went to pick up the car it was parked diagonally and so close to the next car I could barely get in.
