EXTEREMLY HIGH PRICE. Checking the oil level as I'm getting in to leave. I will not be back for any kind of service or to buy a new car. I want my new car to be serviced the same place where I buy it. this will not be Clemons. Over 60 dollars for an oil change!!!

I already had a discussion with service manager about my experience. You lost a customer today! The level of service I received showed me you cannot be trusted with my vehicles. I will not be visiting your dealership with our next purchase. I will certainly be sharing my experience with my peers. Your service manager had only excuses and was more concerned about winning an argument than keeping the customer satisfied. Opportunity lost.
