Each time I bring a vehicle in your representatives do not give any type of personal attention to their customers. This is based on personal experience and from watching how other customers are handled during my wait-time while my vehicle is in for servicing.

I actually purchased my Toyota from another dealership a few miles away, expecting that dealership to do maintenance and servicing for me. On my first visit to that dealership for service, I was met with the rudest people working there, I will not return. I was so happy to switch to Hansel Toyota. They are efficient and nice, and they recognize loyalty to the product the sell. I will only do business within going forward.

I showed up a week early for my appointment. They re-scheduled earlier than my scheduled appointment which was just two later of me showing up. I was still driving my old car so I left the new car for the extra treatment.
The next day I received a call telling me my car was ready. They either had time or made time to fit me in. I was very appreciative.

Jaime did a great job. I mentioned that I had to acquire a rental car since there were no loaners available, and that the customer care program should cover it according to my research. He said that he wasn’t aware of this and I said I would bring the paperwork I found. When he called the next day, he said he discovered it was covered and I would not have to pay. This shows he listened, and went out of his way to verify what I stated. He is always pleasant and professional. He needs a raise!

My only negative comment is the pricing of things. It is always WAY cheaper for me to do the work elsewhere or myself. I wish Hansel could be more competitive, especially as someone who bought the vehicle there and has mostly maintained my vehicle there for 8 years
