The service coordinator(s) had no respect for my time and appeared disorganized and incompetent. When I first phoned in about the battery bracket recall on my RAV, the coordinator said I would need an appointment to have a new hold down bracket installed. Upon arrival for that appointment, the coordinator told me the necessary part was not in stock and I would need a second appointment to return for the repair. Evidently, no one checked the part inventory before requiring me to come in. Upon arrival at the second appointment, one coordinator told me that only a particular other coordinator could sign me in. So I had to stand and wait 15 minutes to speak with the one ‘correct’ coordinator to get signed in for the simple recall repair. At the time, several other coordinators were available and the Service Manager was chatting non-business in his office. In contrast, Carlos the shuttle driver was prompt, courteous, personable, and capable - everything that Hansel wants of his position.
