The service was fine, but I was shocked with the price. Your price for the one year battery is much higher than the price for longer warranty. Very over priced!

I felt that there was a real likelihood that if I had not been very careful, I would have ended up being charged for work that was paid for on the previous service visit. The 12 v car battery that I had replaced a few weeks before the last service, and I had been told was defective and needed replacement, ( which I did not do) is now magically perfectly fine. Either you had a defective testing process last time or … I don’t know what to think. The a/c filter and engine air filter were both slated for replacement, I am trying to save a bit of money and said I could change both myself….. it now alears that they had already been replaced at the last service visit. If I had not questioned these items, 1 I would have bought a new battery , when it’s not needed, and I would have paid for 2 air filters which had already been replaced, Aldo the windshield wipers were recommended for replacement, but not needed.
I am a practical person and I queried these items, how many unsuspecting customers are getting ripped off by your company????

I am looking to upgrade my vehicle, but I want the same color in a Camry SE hybrid, which apparently Toyota doesn’t make. I may have to go to a different company which would make me sad.
I do plan to buy a new car this year, early 2026 at the very latest. But I want that color that I have in a hybrid.
