I came in to get my rear lights repaired and when I got home they still didn't work even though they told me it was all fixed. So I don't know what went wrong but the beer lights that should be on when the headlights are on are not working

Went in for my 50,000 mile service, oil change tire rotation, multi point check. I came in with low tire pressure. My front right was at 29. When my car was done I got in my car and left. By the time I got to work I looked and my front tire was still at 29. They didn’t top off any of my tires. And with that being said they obviously didn’t rotate my tires like they said they did. Because if they did that tire would be in a different spot, plus my rims are dusty, So there would be hand prints/glove prints on the rims. And there nothing, they didn’t touch them. I was supposed to get a call from the service manager got nothing so I had to call. No service manager. Now I’m having to go back take more time off work to get my tires rotated and filled with air. When they were suppose to be done the first time. I work in a service industry so I get it mistakes happen but don’t put on my paperwork saying it was done when it clearly wasn’t.
