Oh my goodness. The staff at Hansel Toyota is amazing. Jordan was ready to leave when I arrived late on Wednesday because of awful rain she patiently checked my car in when she should have been going home, since it was past 5. The next morning, the staff took great care completing the service my car required and it was ready for me way earlier than I had anticipated. The report was comprehensive and understandable and I felt like a valued customer for the entire time. Kudos to my caring assistant, Jordan. Hansel really needs to appreciate how hard their staff works for the customers. Thank you Jordan and your entire mechanic staff!
