I had issue with my tire monitoring system and called the dealership. The advisor said to bring my Camry to the dealership to have a technician look at the system. I did not have an appointment but Jamie service advisor said no problem. Not only was my system was fixed they also serviced my vehicle. This is exceptional service any all my vehicle services are done at Hansel Toyota.

Waited for 2.5 hours for what I was told was a one hour service. Turns out my car had been ready for a long time before i had to wait in the service line to ask about it. No one had contacted me. The service desk didn’t really apologize, just said they were “slammed” and they couldn’t get to my paperwork. Why have so many appointments if you don’t have the staff to process them?
