Brandyn was awesome. I had my check engine light appear that morning so I called Toyota and spoke to Brandyn. I explained I was from Bakersfield and she got me in and out as quick as possible. I was able to utilize the shuttle service to continue working for the day. Brandyn needed to order a part to fix but I wasn’t going to be in town. She assured me the car wasn’t dangerous to drive and gave me the part number so my Toyota service in Bakersfield could order and fix. Also, the shuttle service was great.

Everyone in the sales and service department are always very nice and very helpful. One concern I have is all the recalls on my 2023 Tundra. I am a Toyota loyalist and the Tacomas I have owned have always been great. Love my Tundra just worried about how reliable it will be over time.

First, please know that my service agent was wonderful and so helpful. This isn’t about him at all.
Just a few minor things about actually picking up my car that were confusing once I got home and read my paperwork that make me question the thoroughness of the checks: my front brakes measured at more than what they were at my last Hansel service 5k miles ago. I’ll trust it’s correct but it’s confusing. My tires have been at 5/32s for a year. That’s probably true but also.. weird. And lastly, the guy that drove my car up was wearing some type of strong cologne that stayed in the car for a bit once he was out and he also left the steering wheel sticky.
None of these minor details are dealbreakers and I’ll still bring my Rav and my husband’s Tacoma to Hanse. This was seemingly a SUPER busy day and probably just a one-off but that’s my feedback. Also, please bring back the vehicle reports with the yellow, red, green on them. I don’t know how many other people look at them, but I do and prefer that to it just written on the sheet when possible. Thanks.
