As I left the dealership, my front window looked dirty so I decided to try out my new windshield wipers. I heard a scraping sound and could not see out the window and had to stop driving so I could look at the wiper...only to find that the white plastic cover was still on the wiper! I almost was in an accident because of this! It seems no one really looked at the new wipers after they were replaced to see this. Not good!
