I had no clue that when I leased a vehicle that Hansel only includes first 5. Then when the big one comes due I pay! Super disappointed! Classic hustle! Between that & making me deal with getting the KARR alarm repaired Hansel up sold me because “you” don’t sell it anymore are just the poorest service policies I’ve ever experienced. I will likely go elsewhere for my next lease or purchase. You put money over taking care of clients, it’s obvious, & that is disappointing
