One of the service techs pocketed my key and then went on lunch which made me have to wait around 25 minutes until he came back to give me my key. They initially thought they had lost my key entirely.

When I came yesterday I was standing in front of 2employees one **** the right side and one guy next on her booth while jaime was assisting another customer.I was waiting for those two employees to say hi to me or rather tell me at least "Wait for a minute" the two was ndoes not know how to handle good customer service.I am happy when jaime who were then busy that time noticed me and say hi and approached me.I hope all employees of toyota must know customer service even how busy they are.I gave good high rate satisfaction for jaime.
