José was great! He heard our concerns, gave us an estimate, and was very good at managing the line of customers. He was courteous and efficient, and always a pleasure to work with.
My last experience was frustrating. In fact, we were in today to get an cabin air filter replaced for $44.95, when Chris had quoted us over $100 to replace it during our 50k service. Previous replacement costs were for parts only, so I was shocked when I was quoted $45 for the part, and $65 for the labor. I’m frustrated we had to return to get the filter replaced, but I’m happy it was at a reasonable price.
Employees like José bring us back to Hansel Toyota. With the exception of Chris, we’ve always received wonderful service. Thank you!
