I always enjoy working with Adam. When I picked up my car I felt rushed. I have wear on my brakes and the gentleman that checked me out dismissed my concerns. Said that I should be good for another couple of services but if you look at my driving habits it really isn’t that long. I felt he should have looked at all that before dismissing my concerns. I’m addition the gentleman stated that I still have life on my tires and will need them soon. Really? My tires are NEW!!! Also my battery went dead a couple of times and had to get jumped. My car less then 2 years old and should not have gone bad. I had to purchase a new one due to traveling that I had to do. I was told this is not covered under my warranty. Very disappointed that I could not be reimbursed and the guy was reaching for many reasons why this happened. I still drive my car everyday. It doesn’t sit at all! This should not have happened! Lastly, for as much as I paid for the car and the loyalty I have to Hansel you would think that would have washed my vehicle especially since I didn’t pick it up right away. It needed it! That should never be an option and never offered that. I will tell you your transportation drivers were both very nice and prompt. One concern was I had to write my address down using a pen that others used and handed a clipboard. May be they should write everything down themselves. They also didn’t offer any sanitizer and feel they didn’t sanitize the van in anyone before making the next pick up.

Brought leased '19 Taco and logged in at 10:05 am for 10:15 appt; drove home at 12:05. Original estimated service time was an hour ten to an hour fifteen. Two hours seem excessive, especially when I watched it return from the test drive, and sit completely unattended in the parking lot for a full fifteen minutes. Then the truck was brought out. Please tell me this period of inaction is part of the "sanitation" process. One more no-cost service to go, after that I pay. Let's not waste the customer's time needlessly, ok?
