I took the car in for the 10,000 miles service and I was surprised that they didn’t wash the vehicle like they usually do. Has there been a change of management? Or is this part of a new policy because of COVID-19?

I missed the call regarding the status of my vehicle and when I called back I was told my service agent would call me be in 10 to 20 minutes because he was with another client. I waited 45 minutes, called back and was told he went to lunch. I’m 75 years old and drive an hour to get my car serviced and unfortunately no one else wanted to help me while he was at lunch. Finally another service agent explained what was recommended for my vehicle and I was able to pick it up my car. Hopefully next time it will go a little more smoothly.

I have serviced with both Hansel Toyota and Honda. I'm feel very good with Honda service but Toyota made me feel disappointed. They are not enthusiastic in service. I had serviced many times but they have never given me all the check list report until I asked. My car never got car wash thought it's free service for all Toyota customer. It's totally different than Honda. I hope Toyota employee can do better in service.
