1. I asked to have my vehicle washed while I was there. When I was notified that it was ready the service rep confirmed it was washed. IT WAS NOT!!
2. I received a text while waiting asking if I would like my air filter changed, and cabin air filter changed, I replied yes, neither was changed.
It leaves me wondering if any service was preformed other than resetting the notification on the dash.

My “no” isn’t directed at the dealership as much as it is Toyota warrantee policy. I recently brought in my 2020 Tacoma with 8k miles for a service and to have a couple of concerns looked at. The service was great as usual, both of my concerns however were not able to be addressed. At least my concerns are documented so that when they are a real problem I hope I’m covered.
