My first experience at Hansel Toyota in Petaluma. As soon as I waked in, the person at the desk just pointed and said the line I over there. I was the only person there. He was in the phone The person who took my car in was nice and we talked about the issue I was having with my new car. She said it would be about 3-4 hours. After 4 hours I called to see the status of my car. This was ridiculous, first call I was sent to voice mail. The second time I was on hold for 16 minutes. Which I think is unacceptable. I don’t understand why any representative can not tell me about my car!! I have to speak to the person who originally took my info!! That is such a bad workflow and not service oriented.

Took quite a while to get the rental car. 50 minutes but 10 of those were my fault. Took 40 minutes after i had paid and gone to the curb to get my car. Turns out the tag # had fallen off the keys and no one could find it. Finally Jonathan service advisor saw me waiting and he took over and went looking and finally found it. The work done on the car was just fine

Went in for 35k mile service which does not have oil change listed. Oil change was done at 30k service. This was communicated to service advisor Jordan Thome. Price estimate breakdown was not given and no papers were provided or signed during check in. During pick up I found that an oil change and oil filter change was performed while not requested. Ended up paying because service was performed but am not happy about being scammed. I will be getting all service performed at independent auto shop moving forward
