I feel that since I had an appointment that I should of went before a walk in to the express Wednesday. Since I was on limited time, I didn’t get a car wash. Otherwise the service was excellent.

Overall the service was great but I did get my car back with dust and dirty windows and water spots from the morning dew. I keep my car garaged and I could tell it was kept outdoors while it went in for service. Maybe returning a clean car to the client would be great.

I got car sick from the shuttle driver. My rep wasn’t there & someone else rang me up. He never went over the charges, he just wanted my $678. Shuttle van was dirty, shuttle driver needs to learn how to answer the phone, he should open the doors so clients don’t have too. Should have chairs outside for clients to wait.
