I came in for an oil change today, 7/31/20, with a coupon. It said it was a Wednesday special but it has an expiration day of 7/31/20. I was under the assumption it would be still valid because I based on the expiration date. I presented it to the person who helped me. He said it was invalid since it was only good for Wednesday but I pointed it out to him that it has an expiration date of 7/31/20. He kept insisting it was only good for Wednesday and not acknowledging how this could cause some confusion. On top of that, when I asked if there was another special, he told me to check the website. I would understand if there were people waiting in line but there weren’t. In the past, when I asked about special offer, the person would check for me. This experience will make me think twice of going back to Hansel for any of my future car service needs in the future.

I asked for the 30,000 mile service. Also, I asked them to look at my brakes as when I go downhill for a long time they begin to pulsate and shake the truck. I believe that my rotors are out of balance. Picked up my truck today, the truck had not been washed, was filthy, and there was no report of a brake inspection verbally or written. I felt like I was rushed in and rushed out without any discussion. This is sad because I Was attempting to come back to the dealership instead of going to the oil stop quick oil change.
