I will say right away that the interaction with the representative was great! Very nice and very helpful. The issue is with the service. Parts are so overpriced. And I don’t want to be that person and I 100% understand that it’s a complimentary service but when you offer a car wash my car should not come back still wet on the entire bottom half.
