Went in for 35k mile service which does not have oil change listed. Oil change was done at 30k service. This was communicated to service advisor Jordan Thome. Price estimate breakdown was not given and no papers were provided or signed during check in. During pick up I found that an oil change and oil filter change was performed while not requested. Ended up paying because service was performed but am not happy about being scammed. I will be getting all service performed at independent auto shop moving forward

Customer service was terrible. Jordan Thome seemed like she had chip on her shoulder from the moment I walked in. I was under the impression that on top of the warranties I paid for, I additionally had Toyotacare plus package when I purchase. She sent me to someone in finance who I didn’t catch the name of and that person was less not helpful or welcoming. It was frustrating because neither the person that sold me the vehicle or the financier worked there anymore I was told. The whole experience was not welcoming. I hope the service done to my vehicle was better than the overall attitude I received while there. This was my first service to my vehicle through Hansel but after feeling like I was taking advantage of I doubt I will ever return. I doubt you guys care about this review. Freeman Toyota actually reached out because they saw my vehicle was due for maintenance and I appreciate that more than all the service I’ve received with Hansel. I won’t recommend Hansel to anyone personally.
