I was charged $69 for an air filter that the associate said looked like was missed on the original inspection before I bought the car four months ago. If it was the sales department's responsibility to make sure it had been taken care of before the purchase, why was I charged?

I am absolutely amazed with the service I received at Hansel Toyota. They truly went above and beyond. Making the next day appointment via phone was quick and easy. I was immediately greeted by Brandyn who was a huge help throughout the process. Brandyn was bubbly, was great to talk to, but was also extremely throughout. She made sure to get me the best deals and not overcharge me for any unneeded fixes. She made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car throughout the day. Highly recommend working with her if you have the option.
The actual work done on my car was superb as well. Came back to everything fixed, along with a nice car wash and the interior vacuumed. Definitely going to be my go to Toyota maintenance place!
