The day after the service my driver side front window still made a noise when it was closing near the top. Was told it was fixed.

Jose was very efficient and helpful. The service took half an hour longer than what I was told. The out of doors facilities for waiting were not adequate. I sat at the one available table across from two men who were not wearing masks. But my car was wonderfully serviced and sanitized inside and Jose was very helpful and informative both before the service and afterwards.

There was a big delay. My appt was because of a recall item. It was supposed to take no longer than 2.5 hours. They made a mistake and had to start all over again. As a result, it took 5 hours. I had to sit there at the dealership the whole time. Very frustrating.
