Everyone was very friendly. I was very please with the welcoming response I received when I call to check on whether I could have my car towed to Hansel Toyota. Adam kept me informed regarding my needed battery and key replacement. I will be returning and recommending my friends take their cars to Hansel Toyota!

We dropped our car off at 9:30 because the A/C would not blow cold. Service advisor said they would check it out and call us to inform us what was needed. We did not receive a call
by 2:45 soo we called back because last shuttle run call is 3:30. Talked with Adam and he said they did a service recall (air bag), recharged the A/C and added dye to determine if there were leaks in the system. I would have done the A/C service anyway but if it were some other service that may have been optional, I would have appreciated a call before the service was performed. I am very satisfied with the service that was done, it was only the call that was missed. Please don't take this as a negative review but you did ask if I was completely satisfied and this was my only comment.
