After the car was serviced she went over the mechanic’s findings &, based on those findings, recommended specific work at the next servicing. As indicated, she was outstanding in all respects!

I was a little grumpy when I showed up today just because of traffic. When Jonathan was checking me in, he couldn’t find my appointment. He asked if I received a text. I proudly showed him the text message only to realized it was for the Santa Rosa dealership! UGH Anyway, Jonathan took me anyway (good thing, I drove down from Cloverdale). I was told the service would take between an hour and 1.5 hours. It took just about an hour. Not bad for showing up without an appointment! I have to say Jonathan is my favorite, friendly, professional and he didn’t make me feel guilty for my appointment mistake. I did apologize to him at check out for being grumpy when I arrived, he accepted. Honestly I don’t like the dealership in Santa Rosa anyway. They are too big and they take too long. Last time I was there it took four hours to have four new tires put on. My dash cam showed my car was moved to a parking area and just sat there for a long time (I still have the footage). Jonathan had a great attitude and I appreciated our interaction. This was the first time I didn’t have to wait in line and feel like I was being ignored when I walked in. He came out and greeted me and we walked over to his station. I’m sure it was because you weren’t busy when I arrived. Great job Jonathan! Connie
