I am very happy with my Toyota I's esentially brand new I bought it in 10/ 2019 It runs great I save $ on gas. It's very beautiful. I am proud to be driving around in it. I've noticed all sorts of different people staring at the car! Everyone at Toyota has been professional and wonderful. I was a little upset that I cannot really fill it up with gas. I got my truck in for a detail first thing in the morning. At 1pm I arrived and asked how much longer. They said " oh about 1 hr" so I waited. 1hr45min later I was told 2 more hours.
Upon "completion" multiple locations in the truck were never touched. I highly doubt I will bring my truck in again and would advise against anything but a minor clean for less than $40. No option at that rate is available.

1 as usual. I keep telling my wife not to go to the dealership for maintenance, but she was quoted $89 for an oil changed and tire rotation, so that didn't seem too bad. Unfortunately, you guys conned her into buying an $12 cabin filter for $32 plus $32 in labor for the 2 minutes it takes to install. You also wanted to charge $170 because her battery positive terminal was a little corroded. Absolute rip off. We are definitely not coming back for maintenance or a new car purchase anytime soon!
