I was called at 4:02 by William to pick up my car on a Sunday. When I arrived from Santa Rosa at 4:30, no one was in the service department. Eddie, from the new car area, asked me if I called ahead for an after hours pick up. The experience deteriorated from the there.

I received a text at 830am my car was complete. I was at work and called at 230pm and had to leave a message for my technician to get back to me. Received no call. Called back at 510 pm to tell them I need my car and the person said I will transfer you to another person, left another message and never returned my call. Luckily I showed up at 6pm and someone who was on their way for the day was kind enough to check me out so I would have my car the next day.
This survey says someone is going to call me to discuss. I highly doubt that will happen as well.

Wait time was fine. However, I noticed grease marks after entering my car. Marks on the passenger side door, passenger seat, and on the console. The interior of my car is almond so it was easily noticeable. Also, black scuff marks on the interior of the passenger door. I understand the techs are busy and try To complete the service in a reasonable amount of time. However coming back to a marked up car was a bit annoying. Especially when I try to keep it clean as a possible.
