William was great – he was the only person at a desk that acknowledged us the minute we walked through the door while there were two other people behind ask who made eye contact but never said a word. He was courteous and addressed our issues and got us help and saddest down and notified us when our car was ready in addition to getting some information and pricing for us on some work items that we will do in the future on our car. Wonderful personality and very attentive to his customers!

Problem with my radio and Bluetooth continues. I have either a blacked out screen or the Toyota logo is constantly on. The touch screen doesn’t work or buttons near the screen doesn’t work. Sometime radio turns on and sometimes I can’t turn it off. I recommend before hooking up your equipment to my car and saying everything is working correctly, maybe turning on my car and see what I’m experiencing. Maybe then, we can find out what’s going on and fix the problem. Thank you

I had scheduled an appointment for 9am on Saturday February 1st to have my Tire Pressure Sensor Light replaced. Adam was very nice and respectful, however he told me that it would take about 2 hours for the tire pressure change. I was fine with that, and once I dropped the truck off, we discovered that there was a recall on one of the airbags. That was fine to replace that, and I had no problem with it. However, I got a call around 12pm saying they were just replacing the tire pressure light. I assume they didn’t start the airbag either yet because the next call I got was at 3:30pm and they close at 4pm. So I didn’t pick my truck up until 4pm, and didn’t have my truck from 9am-4pm. Just doesn’t seem right that I had an appointment and it took 6 hours to change a tire pressure sensor light and an airbag. I understand there was other people that needed to have things done to their cars, but waiting the entire day and getting a call at 3:30pm to pick it up before 4pm doesn’t seem right to me. I appreciate the service and fixing my issues, but the time management or something seems to be lacking. Thank you.
