Adam was great and helpful but I asked if it was going to be an hour long and he told me yes, they were on time. It took 10 minutes short of 2 hours to get my car from an oil change. I think maybe you should let customers know a longer wait then a shorter one, so everyone could plan accordingly. I was late to an event out of town due to my car servicing taking longer than expected!
