My Toyota Sequoia had a starter failure while I was in Petaluma (2 hours from my home in San Jose). Service rep Adam expedited a very labor intensive repair over the weekend and had car ready for me by Sunday afternoon. I am. Ore than satisfied with the work and service. I get similar great service from my dealer service shop in San Jose. Great to have a strong service dept for my 10 year old toyota
