This is the 2nd time I was told that my oil change would take an hour. Last time it was a hour n a half. This time it was 2. All I get is an oil change. Why does it take 2 hours for an oil change. I work nights and stop on my way home n wait for my truck because it is the Express lube. 2 hours doesn't = Express!!

I guess your systems are not linked.

To start on a positive, everyone was pleasant and professional. My disappointment was that my service took over 6 hours. I wasn’t prepared for that. I needed to have the airbag recall taken care of, my headlights replaced and a bulb behind one of my dashboard indicators replaced. I felt like there wasn’t anyone keeping me advised of the progress on my car until I went to the counter and asked for it. I think once the man helping me was aware of my frustration, the communication improved. After finally getting my keys, I started to drive off and noticed my car was idling very rough and the cover on my airbag was coming up, so I had to come back. It was dealt with pretty quickly and I was told what the problem was and what was done. I do understand that things with cars can take time. I was appreciative of the communication towards the end of my experience. Thanks for giving me the chance to provide feedback.
