Everything was almost perfect, but the service used to include a car wash and vacuum and this time it didn’t. I asked about it and was told that some people didn’t want that service because they felt violated that someone went through their car to clean it. I understand that point of view, so I think the service advisors should inquire with the customer to see if they want their car cleaned or not. By catering to the few that don’t want this extra service, it leaves those that do want it unfulfilled. Now that I know, I will try to remember to let the advisors know that I’d like to take advantage of the car wash on my next service. Or make a note on the customer’s account profile stating that the car wash is desired, but wouldn’t hurt to confirm it every time in case someone is in a hurry and doesn’t want to wait around for the extra time that it takes. No big deal, just thought it worth mentioning. Thanks!

Although the squeaky brake mystery was not solved-service personel gave an explanation of dust & dirt causing the sqyeaky brakes. And a look so offered for me to return at any tind the brakes squeak.
