I am satisfied with the service I received today. However, I I had brought in my car within the last month to have struts replaced and I asked to have my ignition for when I tried to start my car it needed a couple of times before the ready light appeared. I was told service checked the ignition but found no problem. The very next day, the problem reappeared and at that time I should have returned to Toyota, but I didn't. This problem continued to get worse. I took my car in specifically for this problem and the service man helping me said my car probably needed a 12 volt battery. So $230 later, a new battery was installed and problem seems to be resolved. Just wish battery could have been replaced at time when my car struts were being replaced. Thank you for asking. Mary O

I had about 10-15 $ in my ash tray in coins. About 1/2 is gone. Also there was a Susan b Anthony $1 coin in there. It's also gone. You have a crook working in your service staff.

There was confusion about whether our Prius uses regular or synthetic oil. We had a coupon for $39.95 that included a tire rotation. The service advisor said we use synthetic oil and the price was $59.95. He told me that the synthetic oil only needed to be changed every 10,000 miles but the sticker that was placed on our windshield after service says we should change it after 3000 miles. Also, I was unable to determine from the service invoice provided after service if in fact synthetic oil was used for the oil change. Please provide some clarification. Thank you. Bob Kates
