Adam is a wonderful professional person but when I looked at the paperwork tonight which is Wednesday night I have a couple of questions first of all at my 45,000 mile service, Your service man did not put all four chrome tire caps back on my car I talked back then with Adam he said he would handle it and order the caps that never happened and when I told him again at the 50,000 mile service I see on my paperwork I got charged for those caps that I am not happy with I already paid for the first set it’s not my fault that your service man didn’t put all four back at my 45,000. Also I was a little taken back are you now charging for carwashes when when somebody brings their car in to be serviced?

I was not happy that the car was not ready for 70 minutes after the expected time. It was to be ready around 2 pm. I made an appointment to show property st 3:30 which I had to cancel.
Donna Bender graciously discounted the service by $40.
