Although I was happy with Donna's support, I was VERY concerned that when I received the car after maintenance, I found both my insurance certificate and my registration card on the floor of the passenger seat. Both of these [important] items were in the glove compartment when I delivered the car -- they were NOT on the floor. Any explanation for this apparent intrusion?

I was under the impression I scheduled a oil change and service. For 59.00 dollars my fluids were checked and tires rotated. That’s basically a rip off.

I hit “no” first and realized it’s an issue with the car, not the people who were all nice enough. So if that “no” got submitted you can ignore it. My lane assist still doesn’t work though.

My son was a porter with Hansel and I was told that whenever you bring your car in for service, you are supposed to be offered a car wash. This never happened.

I was told an hour, it took 2 hours and then you asked me if I wanted to replace my windshield wipers and my air filter and clean the corrosion on the batteries it seems to me like if you were going to do those things you would’ve asked me in the first 30 minutes to an hour but since it took two times longer then I was told I did not have any extra time to finish those jobs in the future I would expect you would look at the easy things that need to be done and give me a text soon so that they can all get done with in the hour or maybe two hours but instead this Would have taken another 30 minutes to an hour so all in all three hours total not that impressed

Excellent service. Just one minor point. The add-on recommended service to replace windshield wipers took longer that I expected and I had to seek info from other service managers to find out why. Not a big deal. Just feedback.
