The staff is very nice and accommodating. It took 4 trips to you for someone could find the issue I kept sharing/complaining about finally got fixed, then something else went wrong and I had to pay for the repair when in the first place was working fine till you touch my car. Now the alarm is not working because someone did something and you can’t reset it. I was given a phone number to call so someone other than Toyota can reset it.
What is going on with Hansel Toyota, you guys used to be Good and fix everything on the first try.
Not sure if you have new mechanics on training. I always trusted you.

Got a new radiator and now my air conditioner does not blow cold air. Brought the car back and now they want me to pay $350.00.
The air conditioner was working fine before the radiator. I use the air conditioner pretty much all the time.
