Very happy with the service. Donna at client administration was very helpful (always) in attending to general needs w questions abt my 4runner. Service crew forgot to add washer fluid. Did not wash my car and the service lady said the service was only going to be about $40 and when I went in they said it was going to be needed more work did not give me a quote and it turned out to be almost $100

I am not comfortable with paying $110 to replace a highlight bulb, 80 of which was unnecessary testing/analysis of the wiring if in fact the bulb was determined to be broken. Once that is identified, plug a new one in see if it works. I did not desire to have $80 of “just in case” testing. Who would really want to waist that money under the premise of being thorough? I Do not feel my interest were looked after in this case. The rest of the work was good. Steve sorensen
