On a previous visit, the check in was a bit chaotic. 3 in-doors, with no clearly defined line to see the next available service rep. You had more service advisers at their desks on my last visit so it went more smoothly. If there are too many people waiting to see an advisor you don’t know where to stand, or who’s next in line.

The check tire light has been on I wanted to have it looked at. When I got into the vehicle it was still on. I went back inside and told the service representative, she contacted the mechanics and was told that the tires were fine an that it would go off after I drove it. I ran errands and went home a total of approximately 25 miles and it is still on.
