You repaired my window but totally warped my door panel. Now my wife and I have to bring the car back to Petaluma. We have two children under 18 months. One is a month old. Getting the car to you the first time was a hassle. Now I have to endure the same hassle on a Sunday instead of enjoying time at home with my family, and it's because your repair people did sloppy work. They had to know they warped the panel. I am very upset and utterly disappointed. There's no way I can leave a positive review. We need to be compensated.

Really, the service was great but I was disappointed that a wash wasn’t provided. I told the representative that I wasn’t in a hurry, so I was expecting to at least be asked if I would like a car wash. The inside wasn’t cleaned either; maybe my expectations were not realistic.
With this level of service, Hansel Ford in Santa Rosa will usually wash the vehicle or at least ask. Otherwise, everything was great and this may just be your policy.
