I scheduled an oil change appointment. I dropped my car for the service. Jose, the service advisor left me a VM recommending more service. I called back 4 times and left VM and never heard back. I went and picked up my car and found that they performed a 30k miles inspection and no oil change. Unfprofessional and inifecient. Complet waste of money and time dealing with uninformative unprofessional staff.
