The only thing I wasn’t happy with was his explanation of why the Goodyear All Terrain ties provided by Toyota on my 2017 Tacoma only lasted 13,000 miles of street driving, ie., that they were “soft” tires for a smoother ride. These are tires with a 60,000 mile warranty and Kevlar, not soft.

It took over five hours to replace two tires, and when I was told the car would be ready, it took almost an additional hour. I ended up in trouble at work as a result. More accurate timings and perhaps faster service would improve it.

Did a great job except, the air filter that brings the air into my car was very dirty and I was told that it was inspected. I took it out myself and blew it out with an air compressor but I feel it should have been replaced. My wife has always loved coming into your place and feels it's very comfortable in the service is excellent. If I had more room to talk I like to speak about our sales experience.... There are features on the car that we were told that it had and it does not. This left me with a sour taste in my mouth as far as purchasing again from you.
