Rafael was great! He communicated clearly and kept me informed at every step of the maintenance service work. I appreciate his attention to courtesy and details.
The one glitch was the failure to honor my request -- communicated when scheduling the appointment online, and then in person -- for an exterior wash for my truck, and the failure to have the truck washed until Rafael interceded to ensure this request was fulfilled. Good management would ensure that service appointment requests are honored without a customer needing to remind anyone that the work was not completed.

Your service advisor Mike is a crook. He Condem my engine., brought my vehicle to another dealer., and all that had to be replace was 2 sensors. I'm going to let everyone as much as possible know on how he tried to cheat me out of an engine replacement. Shame on you guys. I'll give you guys two days to get back to me to get this right.

It took 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change, (even though I had an apt.). He gave me some nonsense excuse about the car wash not working, when on the phone they assure me a wash/vac was no problem. The wash looked very poorly dones and they didn't vacuum at all... I even told him I didn't mind waiting extra time to get the wash/vac done.

Car wasn't washed but scheduled to be prior to window repair and service. window repair wasn't on schedule or bill until I asked. Glass intalled has an inch or so of chipped edges. Looks bad. Too tired to raise the issue, needed to drive home. Loyal customer, Drove 9 hours round trip waited 5 hrs, wasn't worth it thus time.
