Adam is always friendly and helpful.
My 4runner is still shimmying at highway speeds. So I'm not exactly happy about that issue.

In a word it was awful. Took from 8:30 to 4:30 for a service and installing an alarm package you sold me. EVEN WORSE, the car I bought from you has defect where the passenger window control does not work. So I called you right after I bought and was told to "bring it in and we'll fix it". So I did, only to be told I have to go another dealer to get it fixed, even though I bought it from you. You need to do better.

Horrible experience 2nd time at ur Toyota service department. First bad experience was right b 4 this past time. Went n for what was to be a quick service. Told it would take 1 hour. Representative forgot about me & I ended up there for 2+ hours. Manager gave me a $10 off coupon-so much for express service. This time I told guy who checked me in about previous experience & also that they had flagged brake pads previous 2 services. Told me he would put on rush service. 1&1/2 hours later I had to approach him about what was happening 1/2 hour later he came out & told me that they had found tiny timing gasket issue that would b monitored but not to worry about then said but they did find brakes at 1%. So I asked if they had fixed it since I had told him in beginning about that b n a concern. Of course they hadn’t. So I told them I wanted them to do it & he gave me another 1 & 1/2 hour wait. My $59.00 service was now an additional $275. Not happy how it was handled. Told him I was n time rush & had traveled from SF 2 use u all. After it all the guy gave me coupon to go to front of car wash line next time I came?!? Really?? That’s suppose to make me feel better about an 11:15 to 3:00 pm appointment that put me in rush hour traffic with a warriors play-off game? Really bad service. If I were to grade my past two visits with u all i’d Have to give u a D- at best. It’s a shame as i’ve Bought multiple vehicles from Hansel dealerships & I doubt I will ever use you all again. My suggestion would b to send ur service people back to customer service classes-sincerely, Susan B
