I recommend Hansel Toyota because of Adam. If I had my own business, I'd try and steal him away. Professional, courteous, and just an outstanding person. I've been to other dealership service centers and I drive from Santa Rosa for my truck service needs because of Adam, period. If he leaves, I'm not sure I'll go back.

The gentleman that helped me was fine. Courteous and helpful . The only hang up was that the service took an hour more than we talked about and they returned car without the wash / clean that I had requested . It appeared to be a busy day , might have got lost in the shuffle a bit

When I dropped off my car, I presented my "Loyalty Savings Card" and was told by the service advisor that I'd get a 10% discount. However, I don't see this discount on my invoice. I suppose I needed to present it to the different service provider when I picked up my car, but that should have been made clear from the get-go. Otherwise everything was great.

Jose was great. Very nice and efficient. However, despite him calling 3 times for someone to bring my car around once I was done and paid it took about 15 minutes. You need more people that can bring the cars around. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth as the last part of what was otherwise a good experience.
