Not possible to make an appointment with phone. Tried calling several times and no one ever picked up. I was offered a wash and vacuum of the car for the first time- but had never been offered it before. Since buying a new car from you, we have had poor and inconsistent customer service and won’t return for the next car purchase. Once the purchase is made with full warranty and all, there is a noted lack of effort.
