Me hicieron esperar mucho todos platicando luego me dijeron que se iban a tardar 1:40 min pedí raied a mi casa y en 20 min me llamaron que mi carro estaba listo. Llamo al raite y llego y esperé para que me entregaran mi carro 25 min porque no sabían donde estaban mis llaves no lo lavaron mi carro y me lo dejaron hasta la entrada de la agencia y nadie sabía donde estaba mi carro un pésimo servicio que no pienso regresar ni recomendar ni comprar otro carro Toyota

I will not give a positive comment to the manufacturer. Due to the issues with the torque converter, now the GPS and radio have ceased to operate, I am thoroughly disappointed in Toyota. My car is 10 years old, I have never heard of a Toyotas radio and GPS failing
